Refund Policy: If the writer did not meet all the requirements provided in the work details/instructions, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that after The Writing Assistant has approved your project for payment, we will send a Paypal payment request to your email address. Make sure you send payment quickly to ensure that your project is completed on time.  If a bill has not come through, check your junk or spam folder as Paypal requests sometimes wind up there.
